Your homework is to read from your choice books. You should be reading 15-25 pages a night (or 30-50 pages every other day).

1. You self-assessed your annotations.
2. You self-assessed your listening.
3. Period 1 Gold read a piece titled "Dating Your Mom" which is a satirical piece written by Jonathan Franzen.

Wednesday the 7th
1. Check choice books and briefly discuss book projects (more on these later).
2. Review the fire drill procedure, classroom policies, grading, and late work.
3. Annotations and Jocasta:
      We will read and comment on the first stanza individually, and then as a class. Your homework is        to finish your annotations. These are due on the 13th.

Friday the 9th
1. Review the Oedipus Rex assessment.
